Jacobs offer a tailored debt recovery service in respect of Sundry Debts on behalf of approximately 50 Local Authorities.

We have a Debt Recovery Call Centre with over 25 full time recovery officers available for both inbound and outbound calls between 8am and 6.30pm Mondays to Fridays and 8am until 2pm on Saturdays. This ensures that we are able to contact debtors at times that suit them best

·        SMS Text message recovery

·        Visits on selective cases

We are able to achieve high and consistent collection rates for clients.

Using the best in Technology, clients are able to view the progress of cases through Client Web facility, and cases are progressed to ensure that no cases stagnate and that actions are timely and accurate.
