Jacobs operate a national network of bailiffs making us the ideal choice for the enforcement of Road Traffic debts.

We currently work for over 47 Local Authorities in respect of Road Traffic 1991/Traffic Management Act 2004 including 5 London Boroughs.

Jacobs’s structure revolves around accountable and fully trained resources backed up by a software system that ensures the accountability, precision and speed of information exchanges, such as total electronic transfer of cases and payments. Full case histories can be viewed and updates made to debtors’ accounts via “ClientWeb”.

Our certificated bailiffs use the latest technology to keep accounts up to date. All visits are recorded using “digital pens” thereby giving clients accurate, consistent and up to date information online. All cases are progressed through Jacobs’ system automatically and our quality control procedures ensure that clients’ contractual requirements are exceeded.

Jacobs undertake DVLA registered keeper and HPI verification checks. We are also able to obtain the warrant through the Courts on behalf of our clients – we do not obtain warrants for previously “Gone Away” cases thereby saving our clients expenditure.

Additional services Jacobs provide include a ‘free’ debt recovery service for offenders who live in Scotland or abroad and we will also recover any outstanding debts accrued under the 1984 RTA.

Jacobs have recently invested in our own ANPR vehicles fitted with the latest technology and they have proved to be a great success in the recovery of unpaid penalty charge notices. We have experience in multi agency operations and road blocks.
