For cases that you have had returned ‘Nulla Bona' from your current, or other Bailiff suppliers, or where there are smaller balances left by Taxpayers, why not try referring them to Jacobs for collection as an alternative to Committal or Write off.  

We can consider treating the case either as a second referral for Bailiff Action, or, with our pro-active debt recovery service, we could collect the amounts via, letter, telephone call, SMS recovery or visits.

This involves a suite of up to 5 letters to the debtor, including pro-active telephone and text message recovery both in and out of normal office hours. A visit will be made on selected cases, usually where balances are over £100.00.

Debt recovery services are based on a highly competitive commission rate on payments recovered and can be deducted at source or invoiced depending on your Audit / Accounting requirements
