Telephone Collections Representative (ref: Tel)
Salary: £13,500 Basic
Job Description:
We are looking to appoint a Telephone Collections Representative to join our busy Telephone Collections department.
Your main responsibility will be to make voice contact with debtors to establish reasons for non payment and to negotiate payment arrangements depending on the individual's financial circumstances. You will also be responsible for answering queries and resolving disputes in an effective and timely manner.
This role requires a minimum of 1 year's telephone collections experience. The successful candidate must be computer literate and have the ability to type 23 to 30 wpm. In addition to this, excellent persuasive and negotiation skills are a must coupled with previous experience of working in a target driven environment.
It is essential that applicants are confident and feel able to deal with difficult situations and have the ability to converse at all levels.

Road Traffic Enforcement Bailiff - Birmingham (ref: RT/Birm)
Salary: £10k Basic + bonus OTE £30K uncapped
Job Description:
We are looking to appoint a Road Traffic Enforcement Bailiff to collect unpaid Parking Fines throughout Birmingham and the surrounding area.
Your main responsibility will be to visit debtors in their homes with a view to collecting payment in full or ultimately clamping and removing the vehicle in question.
A good personal and telephone manner is essential and the successful candidate must be confident and feel able to deal with difficult situations.
A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided.
Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided however the role is extremely target driven therefore experience of this kind would be beneficial.

Salary: £14k Basic plus bonus OTE £25K uncapped
Job Description:
We are looking to appoint a 1st Call Bailiff to collect unpaid Council Tax arrears throughout the country.
We would ideally like the successful candidate to live in the Leeds area as this will be the normal place of work. We estimate that the role will involve 9 out of 12 months staying away in various areas.
The roles main responsibility will be to visit properties with a view to collecting payment, making an arrangement to clear the debt by instalments and conducting an inventory of goods.
A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided.
Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking company that can offer a job that is both challenging and rewarding.
