MOJ Consultation Paper Release - Transforming Bailiff Action

The Ministry of Justice has, this morning, released the long awaited Consultation Paper - ‘Transforming Bailiff Action'
The document is out for professional and open consultation until 14th May 2012 and it is anticipated that the new regulations, under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, will immediately follow.
Jacobs welcome the consultation paper and new regulations the TCEA will bring, and we have been at the forefront of leading change and raising standards in the bailiff profession.
