Established in 1959 Jacobs Certificated Bailiffs are one of the most respected and firmly established firms in the Enforcement Profession. Providing traditional bailiff and debt recovery services along with innovative new collection initiatives we work in partnership with over 100 Council's throughout England and Wales in order to maximise their collection of debt and continuously improve best value performance indicators (BVPI's).

Our head office based on Merseyside administers all contracts centrally.
